    Salexa reads your products and gives each one a score from 0 to 100, plus a store-wide score. You see exactly which products need attention and why.

No customer or order data

Salexa only requests access to products and files. It never asks for your customers or orders.

Encrypted access

Your store's access token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All traffic uses HTTPS.

Isolated per store

Every record is tied to your store and checked on every request, so one store can never see another store's data.

You approve everything

AI output is a suggestion until you approve it. Every applied change can be reverted with one click.

Not used for AI training

Product text and images go to OpenAI only to create your suggestions. Under OpenAI's API policies they are not used to train models by default.

Uninstall means delete

Access is revoked as soon as you uninstall. All of your store's data is permanently erased 48 hours later.

Questions, answered

Will Salexa change my store without asking?

No. Salexa only creates suggestions. You review each one, edit it if you like, and approve or reject it. Nothing is written to your store until you approve it, and every change can be reverted.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes every feature and 10 products a month with AI, with no time limit. Starter ($9.99 USD a month, 100 products) and Growth ($29 USD a month, 500 products) are billed through Shopify on your Shopify invoice. There is no free trial: start on Free and upgrade when you need more.

Which languages can Salexa write in?

16 languages: English, Macedonian, Albanian, Serbian (Cyrillic and Latin script), Bulgarian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Greek, Turkish, Romanian, German, French, Italian and Spanish. You choose the language for each run and can set a default in your brand voice.

Does Salexa access my customers or orders?

No. Salexa only requests access to products and files. It never asks for customer or order data.

Is my product data used to train AI models?

Product text and images are sent to OpenAI only to generate your suggestions. Under OpenAI's API data usage policies, data sent through the API is not used to train their models by default. Details are in our privacy policy.

Can I undo a change?

Yes. Salexa saves the previous value before every change, and the History page restores it with one click.

What happens when I uninstall?

Salexa loses access to your store immediately and stops all pending work. 48 hours later, all data stored for your store is permanently deleted.

Will Salexa guarantee higher rankings?

No one can honestly guarantee rankings. Salexa fixes the on-page basics search engines look for, such as clear titles, complete meta descriptions, useful descriptions and descriptive alt text, so your products have the best possible starting point.
